1. How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order via a number of easy methods. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are all accepted. Simple enter your credit card details at the Shopping Cart and provided you have sufficient funds to cover your purchase, your credit card will automatically be charged to the value (New Zealand Dollars) of your purchase. The Currency Converter may be useful for our international customers.
2. Is it safe to purchase from your website?
Yes. Born2Shop are proud to be associated with DPS, New Zealands Largest and most preferred payment gateway provider. Born2Shop do not collect or store any credit card information. This information is all processed by DPS. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by DPS to enter your payment details. The DPS hosted payments page is secured using SSL.
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a method of ensuring that information submitted through your Web site is secure and cannot be accessed by unauthorized users. When a site offers an SSL-secured form, the information submitted via that form (typically credit card information) is encrypted using a special certificate key and then decrypted with another key after it has been transmitted. When users access a site secured with SSL using their browser, a symbol displays in their browser windows indicating that the site is secure.
3. How will my order be shipped?
Within New Zealand all orders are sent with New Zealand Couriers. A signature is required at delivery. New Zealand Couriers offers a fast and reliable service. All packages sent to New Zealand locations are targeted for delivery within 2 - 6 working days. We are able to provide you with a tracking number so that you may be able to track your package within transit. If you require the tracking number, please email us at email@example.com
For our international customers, we will send all items purchased via international economy courier with New Zealand Post. All packages sent via international economy courier with New Zealand Post are targeted for delivery within 2 - 6 working days. A signature is required at point of delivery.
4. How soon will my order arrive?
Once your order has been confirmed and paid for (this can take between 2 – 5 days depending on method of payment), we will dispatch your order immediately. For items ordered by our New Zealand customers, you should receive your order within 2 – 6 days of confirmation of sale. For our international customers your package is targeted for deliery within 2 - 6 days from the date of sale confirmation.
5. Can you arrange to have my order sent as a gift?
Of course! We have custom designed gift packaging, ribbons and cards to cater for all gift wrapping requirements. You are able to customize your message/greeting as well. There is a charge of $5.00 for the provision of the gift packaging and card. You will be able to access more information about this service at the shopping cart. Or, click on the gift wrapping image icon on the top horizontal tab bar for more information.
6. What do I do if I do not like the item I have purchased?
Firstly you must email us to let us know you have received the item however you do not wish to keep it. You must contact us by email within ten days of receipt of your purchased item. If you do not inform us of your intention to return the item within this ten day period, we cannot guarantee we will be willing to accept the item for return or exchange. You must return the item in its original packaging to be eligible for a credit. We do not cover the cost of freight with returning items.
